On Friday May 5 at the Yacht Club of Greece, VAPORIA SMPC completed the second volume of the album “PERSONS OF SHIPPING 20th – 21st CENTURY”. The book refers to life, struggles and important achievements of great personalities of the Greek shipping world. Antipollution was present during the conference as a sponsor of the event.
Mr. Ioannis Konstantinidis, vice president of Antipollution, was one of the speakers of the event and presented the history of our company, the leading Greek company in the field of ship waste management, regarding solid waste ship. The company was founded – in its present form – by the descendants of the first people who managed the collection of shipwrecks at the port of Piraeus in the 1940s.
