The companies Antipollution SA and Green SA actively support the program “Message of the Sea”, conveying thereby their message against marine pollution.

The program was created by the Goulandris Natural History Museum in collaboration with the Greek Centre for Marine Research (HCMR), the PERSEUS Research Program (FP7), the University of Patras, the Mediterranean Information Office for the Environment, MARLISCO, the organization Plastic Pollution Coalition and the US Drifters Project.
The program deals with marine pollution from plastic litter, as this is one of the greatest environmental threats of the 21st century.

The event will be inaugurated on Saturday the 9th of May, 2015 at 11:45 and numerous events as well as scientific and educational workshops will be conducted.
