On Friday the 17th of July, Antipollution SA successfully completed the task of Cleaning, Wastewater Pumping, Hazardous and Non Hazardous Waste Management, as well as the Removal of Damaged decks from the passenger ship HIGHSPEED 5, owned by the company Hellenic Seaways. The vessel was severely damaged on the 23rd of March 2015 when a fire broke out during repair works.
Antipollution SA successfully completed the project, within the agreed strict timeline, by making available a team of highly trained and specialized technicians who operated the equipment and machinery, which was made available for the project and which was technologically suited therefore, while at the same time observing all the necessary health and safety guidelines, and implementing all necessary measures for the protection of the environment.
Taking under consideration the uniqueness and difficulty of the project, the shipowning company upon completion of the work expressed its satisfaction and gratitude for the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Antipollution SA in executing the project.
