Antipollution SA upon award of environmental protection services by the JV HELLENIC TUGS,  which in context of contract execution awarded by PPA undertook the salvage operations for the rescue from sinking of the Passenger vessel PANAGIA TINOU on Tuesday 26/4/2016, caused by water ingress.

Our long experience, skilled staff, up-to-date equipment shipping means in conjunction with our immediate intervention managed to protect timely the sea area where incident took place from potential environmental hazards that might occur during salvage operations.

Salvage operations had been successfully concluded on 29/4/ 2016.
